Shipping Locations

  • P.O. Boxes accepted for small items
  • APO/FPO addresses accepted

International Shipping

  • International shipping available to select countries
  • Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • International orders may require additional processing time

Processing Time

Standard Orders

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • Custom orders have variable processing times based on project scope
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Custom/Commission Work

  • Processing time varies by project complexity
  • Timeline will be specified in your project quote and contract
  • Updates will be provided throughout the creation process
  • Clients will be notified when item is ready to ship

Rush Orders

  • Rush service available for an additional fee (when possible)
  • Not all items qualify for rush processing
  • Contact us before ordering to confirm rush availability
  • Rush fees are non-refundable

Lost or Damaged Packages

Production Deliveries (Film/TV/Theater)

On-Set Delivery

  • Coordinated delivery to production locations available
  • Requires advance notice and detailed delivery instructions
  • Additional fees may apply
  • Timing critical deliveries requires rush processing

Bulk Orders

  • Productions requiring multiple costumes have customized shipping
  • Items may be shipped in batches as completed
  • Delivery schedule coordinated with production timeline
  • Special packaging available for on-set organization

Returns and Exchanges

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except damaged/defective items)
  • We recommend using tracked, insured shipping for returns
  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit

Holidays and Peak Seasons

  • Shipping may be delayed during holidays and peak seasons
  • Order early for holiday deliveries
  • Cutoff dates for holiday delivery will be announced on our website
